Wie ein Vogel sich auf einem Ast niederl\u00e4sst, um sich von st\u00fcrmischen Winden zu erholen, finden wir hier einen Ort, an dem wir uns mit unserem So-Sein in Ruhe niederlassen k\u00f6nnen. Wir finden zu uns Selbst.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Indem wir achtsam dem Fluss der Atmung in die Tiefe des Seins folgen, gelangen wir zur Meditation. In der Meditation bekommt unser Gewahrsein eine stille, flie\u00dfende Stetigkeit.
