Ich bin meiner ersten Lehrerin Tanja Sailer (IYP \u2013 Freiburg, Waldkirch) dankbar, dass sie mir das Tor zu den Tiefen des Yoga ge\u00f6ffnet hat. Bei ihr habe ich schlie\u00dflich auch meine Ausbildung zum Yogalehrer BDY\/EYU abgeschlossen.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Grundlage durfte ich bei Dr. Shrikrishna mit einer Fortbildung in pr\u0101\u1e47\u0101y\u0101ma und Meditation weiter vertiefen. Ich sch\u00e4tze es sehr, dass ich in einer kontinuierlichen Intensivgruppe weiterhin sein Sch\u00fcler bin. Durch ihn lerne ich, was es hei\u00dft, dass Yoga eine im Leben verankerte Tradition ist, die von Mensch zu Mensch weiter gegeben wird.<\/p>\n<p>Ich erfahre Yoga als eine mit dem Alltag verwobene Haltung. Es ist die Kunst, mehr davon verstehen zu lernen, wie wir allt\u00e4glich mit uns, mit anderen und mit der Welt in Beziehung sind.
